About Cluj House:
Built area: 150 sqm
Assembly delay: a month and a half
Location: Cluj
Remarkable technical features:
- Superior insulation: walls with 150 mm thermosystem and additional 150 mm insulation, roof with 400 mm of basalt wool insulation.
- Materials: exterior walls made of prefabricated structural panels in the DornaEcoHouse factory, on a modern production line.

Exterior finishes: terrace, entrance and garage made of laminated wood beams and posts, providing durability and stability.
Advanced technology:
- Hundegger CNC machine: floor and roof elements processed with precision according to the 3D project.
- Energy efficiency: heat pump heating system and heated floors on both levels.
- Advanced ventilation: ventilation with heat recovery for optimal indoor air quality.
BlowerDoor Test: Casa Cluj achieved the level of a passive house in the air tightness test, even though this was not the main initial objective.
