1.    The land acquisition
2.    Choosing a construction type:

3.    The meeting in Vatra Dornei, at our office, with your PROJECT, PLANS, SKETCHES and IDEAS. You can also contac us by mail:   contact@dornaecohouse.ro  and you can send us your house projects.
4.    The desired project analysis and the establishment of the technical and architectural details together with our team (architects, designers)
5.    Establishing the desired construction stage – the wood structure, wood + carpentry putty, turnkey, etc
6.   The client receives a price listing (in EUR) for the accepted version of the project, together with the TECHNICAL DETAILS and  information regarding: payment method, financing modalities and construction time.
7.   If the client accepts the technical and financial proposal, the sales and assembling contract is signed, with all execution details and afferent guarantyes.
8.   The client pays an advance fee of 30-40% from the total amount when he sings the contract.
9.   Dorna Eco House elaborates the EXECUTION PROJECT with all the details and it will be sent to the client for the conformity review.
10.  Until the house delivery, an architect, hired by the client, will elaborate the application for the construction authorization.* (There is the possibility that the client already possess the project made by an architect)
11. After obtaining the construction authorization the client will execute the fundament or the semi basement from concrete with a local company.

12.  At the establish term, Dorna Eco House makes the delivery and begins the assembling.
