INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL WALLS:

 EXTERNAL WALLS:
Depending on the constructive type, walls can be made of:

1. Multilayered beams (for DORNA MASIV constructive type) with or without insulation

• Multilayered beams` thickness: 70 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 140 mm, 160 mm.
• Insulation thickness: depending on the desired thermal transfer (Kt) coefficient. Thermal transfer coefficient varies between 0.25W/sqmK and 0.15 W/sqmK in passive houses (clime houses) picture 1

 2. Various structures panels (DORNA RESIDENCE houses) and insulation and finish levels. You may see a model of a wall with a thermal transfer coefficient of 0,25 ÷ 0,15 W/sqmK in picture 2.

3. Round wood (DORNA NATUR). They can be made of:

• Round natural wood with a diameter between 20 - 35 cm picture 3
• Round shaped wood with the same diameter on the trunk length. The round shaped wood diameters may be of: 18 cm, 20 cm, 22 cm and 24 cm.

Insulation options among the trunks can be realized with: mineral wool, special foam, manufactured natural wool, special (strips) seals.

4.  Multilayered wood beams and masts, with a closure of triple glazed window with Kt = 0.6 – 0.7 W/sqmK, combined with classical wood finish or mineral coating (DORNA CRISTAL) picture 4.

INTERNAL WALLS:
Internal walls are made of multilayered beams or OSB structures, with classical finish (gypsum plasterboard) or wood, depending on the internal design in the project.

CEILING
DORNA ECO HOUSE offers the special option that the super finished ceiling beams be apparent (visible). In order to avoid the noise between levels we can use special blankets as a phonic and thermal insulation material. The use of the multilayered beams increases the security and the comfort of the house.

ROOF
Apparent wood frames or super finished apparent multilayered beams can be used for attic building. The roof insulation is made of classical materials (mineral wool) or with ECOLOGICAL materials: cellulose, hemp, vegetable fibre.
All types of coating can be applied: plate, ceramic tiles and tégolas (bitumen tiles).

EXTERNAL CARPENTRY
Multilayered wood carpentry with double or triple glazed window is employed. (in the case of the houses Eco Passive – Clime Houses)

STAIRS, TERRACES, BALCONIES
Are executed for completing the basic structure of the house, according to the clients’ details, pictures, drafts, plans.
