• Electrical, thermal, sanitary installations   
• Roof covering (tile, metal sheets, bricks)
• Insulation materials (mineral wool, sheet, polystyrene)
• Floor tiles, wall tiles, washable lime for the plaster boards 
• External paint (according to the surface nature)

The recipients can choose any stage of finish, also having the possibility to do the construction by themselves or with a local company. Neither of the finish stages involves the fundament that makes the object of a separate estimation and it is usually executed by the recipient with a local specialized company, on the ground of a geotechnical study.
